Cookie management
Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 6, 2026
This policy explains how SupplyUp uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember language, protect accounts, and measure performance. Read it together with the Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
- Small files stored on your device that enable core functions, remember preferences, and help us understand usage.
- They may be "session" cookies (expire on browser close) or "persistent" cookies (remain for a set period).
2. Cookies we use
- Essential — session & authentication: keeps you signed in and secures requests; cannot be disabled in-product.
- Essential — search session (nth_sid): links search events to your session for quality and anti-abuse.
- Preferences — language: remembers your English/Arabic choice and text direction.
- Performance/analytics — aggregated signals about page quality, search, catalog usage, and performance.
3. Third-party cookies
- Trusted service providers (hosting, analytics, social login) may set cookies to operate their functions under their own policies.
4. How long cookies last
- Session cookies expire when you close your browser; persistent cookies remain for a set duration or until you delete them.
5. Managing preferences
- You can manage or delete cookies via browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may break sign-in or features.
- If we add granular in-product consent controls, we will provide a clear way to update choices.
6. Changes to this policy
- We may update this policy, revise the "Last updated" date, and notify material changes through the platform.
7. Contact us
