Data Deletion Instructions

SupplyUp users can request deletion of their account and related social-login data, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and X login data.
How to request deletion
- 1Email privacy@supplyup.org from the email address connected to your account with the subject "Data deletion request".
- 2Include the email used for your SupplyUp account and the social-login provider you used, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, or X.
- 3We will confirm receipt and delete or anonymize account data that is not required for legitimate legal, security, or compliance obligations.
- 4When the request is complete, we will send confirmation to the account email address.
Records we may retain
- We may retain limited records when needed for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute handling.
- Private verification documents are not shown to buyers or visitors and remain under internal access controls until deleted or anonymized.
