1. Scope
- This policy covers alleged infringement of trademarks, copyrights, patents, and other IP rights in listings, images, text, or supplier content on the platform.
2. User obligations

- Selling counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized branded goods is prohibited and may result in immediate removal and account action.
3. Submitting an infringement notice
- Rights holders (or authorized agents) may submit a notice to the email below including: identification of the right and the allegedly infringing listing/URL; proof of ownership or authority; a good-faith statement; and contact details.
- Incomplete notices may delay action; knowingly false claims may carry liability.
4. How we handle notices
- We review valid notices and may remove or disable the reported content and notify the supplier.
- Suppliers may submit a counter-notice with evidence of their right to use the content.
5. Repeat infringers
- Suppliers with repeated valid infringement reports may be suspended or terminated.
6. Disclaimer
