Intellectual Property & Infringement Policy

Last updated: June 6, 2026

SupplyUp respects intellectual-property rights and expects all users to do the same. This policy explains how rights holders can report infringement on the platform and how we handle notices.

1. Scope

  • This policy covers alleged infringement of trademarks, copyrights, patents, and other IP rights in listings, images, text, or supplier content on the platform.

2. User obligations

  • Users must only upload content and list products they have the right to use and sell.
  • Selling counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized branded goods is prohibited and may result in immediate removal and account action.

3. Submitting an infringement notice

  • Rights holders (or authorized agents) may submit a notice to the email below including: identification of the right and the allegedly infringing listing/URL; proof of ownership or authority; a good-faith statement; and contact details.
  • Incomplete notices may delay action; knowingly false claims may carry liability.

4. How we handle notices

  • We review valid notices and may remove or disable the reported content and notify the supplier.
  • Suppliers may submit a counter-notice with evidence of their right to use the content.

5. Repeat infringers

  • Suppliers with repeated valid infringement reports may be suspended or terminated.

6. Disclaimer

  • SupplyUp acts as an intermediary and is not the seller; we facilitate enforcement but cannot adjudicate ownership disputes between parties.

7. Contact

  • Submit infringement notices and IP questions to the email below.
